the name Gap band comes from three streets in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Greenwood Ave., Archer St., and Pine St. are in a little hood they called Black Wall Street.

one is from one of the Fat Boys Prince Markie Dee.
It's the instrumental version of Typical Reasons
from his 1992 12'' released on Columbia records.

Concert Classics a label that sells rare concert recordings on

and 90's. He put out his first album when he was 16. It had classics

Marcos Valle is Brazilian and he's pretty much had Bossa Nova
on lock since it's beginning. This is from a 1973 album on
Odeon records. It's full of synths and electric pianos and sounds
pretty much like the album cover. The name of the lp and the song is
Previsão Do Tempo

This is a really weird song by Prince. It's from his
Black Album (1987) which caused all kinds of trouble
at his label Warner Brothers. The name of the song is

Basic Channel and pretty much changed the game when it comes to
German techno. This is one of the 10'' they released on their
Burial Mix label in 2001. The song features Tikiman (not in picture)
on the vocals. The name is Jah Rule

This one is from Diamond D from D.I.T.C. A legend in
the game for his beats but I always thought his raps
were so clean. From his 1997 LP the track is called
