Marcos Valle is Brazilian and he's pretty much had Bossa Nova on lock since it's beginning. This is from a 1973 album on Odeon records. It's full of synths and electric pianos and sounds pretty much like the album cover. The name of the lp and the song is Previsão Do Tempo
